Challenge

Introducing a more elevated brand
Following a major rebrand, Generis Collective — formerly LOC Associates — needed a digital experience that confidently signaled their transformation into a full-scale development partner with a collective-driven approach.

Solution

Generis’ previous single-page website was expanded into a dynamic microsite that tells a more comprehensive brand story. Key pages were introduced to spotlight their unique methodology and collaborative model, a network of trusted partners across disciplines who bring each project to life. The result gives users deeper insight into what sets Generis apart as an end-to-end development solution.

Challenge

Translating spatial vision into a digital experience
At the core of their skillset, Generis Collective specializes in creating unique, visionary spatial experiences for their customers. To match that, the digital experience needed to be equally unique for their users.

Solution

A spatial, interactive experience was crafted through purposeful design choices: smooth load-in animations, depth-creating parallax effects, dynamic color transitions, and scroll-triggered interactions. Each element was thoughtfully designed to align with Generis’ brand sensibility, resulting in a digital space as immersive and impactful as the physical environments they create.

Telling a visual story with limited assets
Due to confidentiality around client work, showcasing Generis Collective’s past projects wasn’t an option. A creative workaround was needed to communicate credibility and expertise.

Solution

The storytelling was strategically focused around Generis' 6-point proprietary methodology for driving successful projects. Each step of the process — from developing unique ideas to delivering the vision — provides users with insight into how they approach every bespoke project. To support this narrative, impactful client logos and tailored architectural visuals were leveraged to reinforce their expertise and aesthetic, creating an authentic experience without the use of traditional case studies.
